The building to the right of Stauntons on the Green was once home to Arthur Guinness’s grandson, Benjamin.
Right next door, you’ll find Museum of Literature Ireland (MoLI), a fitting tribute to James Joyce and Irish literature as a whole. To our left was the original home of the Catholic University of Ireland, Newman House.
In front, we face the lush St. Stephen’s Green and our back gate has private access to the beautifully manicured Iveagh Gardens.
A 5 min stroll brings you to the National Concert Hall, the National Museum of Ireland and the National Gallery.
A short wander through St. Stephen’s Green brings you to Grafton Street and the best shopping in Dublin.
While 5 min to our left brings you to Dublin’s Creative Quarter
with its vibrant artisan boutiques, studios, cafés, bars and restaurants.
