Dublin's No. 1 Tourist Attraction
The Guinness Storehouse is located on James’s Street in Dublin city centre and is only a short 20 minute walk from Stauntons on the Green. The Storehouse is open seven days a week, except for a few certain holiday dates, and has late opening in summer months. Since 1759, The Guinness Brewery has been producing the famous black stuff in its current St. James' Gate premises and the Storehouse is perfect to give visitors an insight into this most famous Irish drink. Based over 7 floors, visitors are treated to a full explanation of the brewing process- with interactive sections for younger tourists- as well as the chance to pull your own pint! The Storehouse tour finished with a pint of creamy Dublin Guinness in the Gravity Bar at the very top of the building, boasting some of the most impressive views of Dublin to be found in the area.
